The Process
The Consultation:
The initial consultation is the time for listening and gathering the clients wants and needs. This discovery process is where we learn the scope of the project, the functional needs, and the style preferences of the client.
The Proposal:
After the consultation, a design plan proposal is put together which details the clients wish-list, the services House of Araquette Studios will provide, and the cost of the plan.
What’s Included in the design plan:
Depending upon the specific client’s needs, it may include space plan, 3D renderings, paint color, lighting and furniture suggestions, along with any other needs requested by the client. The design plan may be presented in-person or virtually.
How do we make it happen:
The client is free to use a contractor of their own or to get an estimate of work from one of our preferred vendors. Finding the right contractor and getting on their schedule is key.
